I haven’t written here in several months. That’s because I was very busy on utter futility.
I found a new word that describes me quite well: “Collapsitarian”. I found it through Youtuber HumptydumptyTribe I put it through a search engine, and there are a number of references. Basically, it’s any “doomer”, or those of us who see that the earth is doomed, that it cannot be saved - although perhaps the ultimate collapse and doom can be postponed through a few different means - who is utterly positive that it’s going to collapse and crumble, and the longer we put it off, the worse it’ll be for more and more sentient beings. And, it’s not prophesied in any ancient writing. And, God is not going to “save” it in any way, unless God may like cockroaches. The longer it takes to collapse, the more suffering there will be.
